BEST MARGARITA COMPETITION
OVERVIEW:
Taste the wonderful margarita mixes from 5 Houston area bars/restaurants and cast your vote for your favorite. The winner will be crowned Best Margarita Competition Winner at the Houston Margarita Festival, given a trophy, and a monetary donation for their charity.
Arguably the best tasting margaritas at the festival, competition margaritas are made with 1800 Tequila yet are available for the price of a regular margarita.

TEQUILA TASTING
Another HMF favorite is the tequila tasting tent where there is a quality selection of Anejo, reposado, and Blanco tequilas chilled and served as shots with a lime. The tequila selections change with every festival, a list of brands will be posted at a later date.

Premium drinks are margaritas made with 1800Tequila, and cocktails made with premium vodka, tequila, bourbon, or whiskey that are available at the Mixed Drink Tent
*Competition margaritas are made with 1800 Tequila; but they are available at the regular margarita price.
HMF is a cash-only event, admission and drink tickets can only be purchased with cash. ATMs are available at the festival.
